| Welcome
to NordicAudi! |
| NordicAudi was founded by Jonas
Karlsson in December 1997 and was simply called "Jonas Audisajt". The site
contained of a simple guest book and some pictures. Thanks to hard work and the fantastic
ability of the internet to spread information, the site developed at fast phase. The content
increased just like the number of visitors, and more people joined in behind Jonas.
The high growth rate has continued and today the site
contain seven independent sections which are beeing actively fed with new information. The
number of visitors are constantly increasing and in only the last year we have almost
trippled the number of monthly visitors from 30.000 in Januari 2000 over 80.000 visitors
each month in the start of 2001.
Even though NordicAudi have it's power on the internet this
have not stoped us from having regular Audi-gatherings. In the summer of 1999 the first
NordicAudi meeting, NordicAudi
Clarion Cup, was arranged in Södertälje, Sweden. We saw this as an excellent
opportunety to meet our visitors in real life, and for our sponsors profilate themselves. We
continued this year and we have had ten smaller gatherings around the country. The number of
visitors at the gatherings has varied from 10-20 to well over 100 people.. |

| The
goals with NordicAudi |
| The goal with NordicAudi is to
become the largest Audi site in Scandinavia, in other words a meeting point where you can
come to search for information, get help, advise and tips, and meet other persons with
similar interests about their Audi ownership.
NordicAudi targets you who own or have interest in Audi
products. If your particular interest is old DKW's or the latest A-series does not matter,
everyone are just as welcome!
NordicAudi is an indepentent homepage without any
commercial- or other connections to Audi or other companies. It is our ambition to in an
objective way highlight the good and bad sides of owning an Audi car.
We hope you will meet likeminded persons and share your
knowledge and experiences. |

www.fabas.se:
Marks 7/10 i Category: Enthusiast sites
"Jonas Karlsson and the others working
with the site must be working all night round. NordicAudi is one of the most
active enthusiast sites we have been able to find in swedish. The site was
launched in December 1997 and have been developed ever since. From a simple
guestbook to four active forums, from a few simple pictures to a massive well
organized archive. If you like Audi you have most probably already found this
site, if not, we can only congratulate you. You can spend hours without getting
tired! Swift news updates, Buy&Sell, forums, competitions and posibilities
to download both screensavers, movies and desktop themes (all with Audi-content)
gives the site top marks. Well done Jonas, seven points."
Aftonbladet
och Auto Motor & Sport: "Everything about Audi -
and more!"
"The third week's winner of "Swedish
automotive site of the week" is selected: Jonas Karlsson is the man behind
the wheel of NordicAudi - a site full with everything and even a bit more around
the brand with the four rings. Just like the two other contenders NordicAudi
stand out with its frequent news updates – one of the important requirements
in order to win "Swedish automotive site of the week". Another
requirement is that the content should be what the site promises it to be.
NordicAudi does, by far. It aslo shows up that Jonas is not alone - despite that
he "spend all too much time" on his site."
www.sökbil.nu:
Marks 9/10
"NordicAudi.com is a real enthusiast site
for you who loves Audi. Search for pictures, movies, sounds or screensavers in
the archives, buy or sell Audi cars or parts, read tests of car, chip tuning
etc. You can also try out the forums with more than 10.000 posts!! Clearly one
of the absolute best sites if you are intersted in Audi." |
